With over 30 years in the kitchen and a deep passion for the plant, Chef Adam Vandermey is on a mission to demystify cannabis in cuisine. Through hands-on classes and personalized dining experiences, he helps people cook with confidence, dose with purpose, and elevate their relationship with food.
