Before dinner begins, I sit with each guest individually
to understand their comfort level, experience, and desired effect.

Investment
Private dining experiences begin at $125 per person, with final pricing shaped by guest count, menu design, location, and scope.

We believe great food and thoughtfully infused dining should feel accessible and comfortable, never intimidating. Pricing is discussed openly and clearly as part of the conversation - no surprises.

Where These Dinners Take Place

Private dining experiences can be hosted in your home, Air BnB, or - for guests who prefer not to host - in our own space, when available.

Availability
​
Because every dinner is designed and executed personally, availability is intentionally limited.
​
Beginning May 2026, our focus will shift as we relocate our home and business to our cabin on Lake Simcoe. As a result, private dining experiences in St. Thomas will become less frequent.
​
Most experiences will take place in cottage country, offered by request based on location, timing, and scope.
If you’re considering hosting in St. Thomas before our move, we encourage reaching out early.
