December Cooking Workshops Holiday Appetizers: Tues Dec 9
Edible Gifts: Thurs Dec 11
New Years Eve Micro Dosed Dips: Sat Dec 20
The holidays come in hot, don’t they?

One day I’m thinking about pumpkins and the next it’s twinkle lights, grocery lists and a calendar that somehow filled itself. This year, I’m inviting you to slow it all down with me in the kitchen.

These December workshops are my way of pressing pause: simple 5-ingredient recipes, warm kitchens, good laughs and infusion that’s always optional and always safe. Whether you want to show up with a “who made THIS?” appetizer, give a handmade edible gift, or treat someone to a 2026 Class Pass, I’ve built these with real life in mind.

Take a breath, scroll down, and see what feels good for you this season.

Holiday Appetizer Workshop
Tuesday, December 9 – 7:00pm
(approx 90 mins)
$60/person ONLY 4 spots available
Simple, 5-ingredient appetizers that will be the star of any gathering.
In this hands-on workshop, we’ll create two crowd-pleasing holiday appies built for real life — simple to prep, stunning to serve, and easy to infuse or leave non-infused. You’ll learn my favourite “holy wow” plating tricks, safe micro-dosing options, and how to turn a handful of ingredients into something unforgettable.
On the menu:
-
Antojitos — creamy, smoky Tex-Mex spirals loaded with peppers, herbs, and just enough heat to make them interesting. They’re gently broiled until the edges crisp and the filling warms through, then sliced into these beautiful little bites that disappear faster than anything else on the table.
-
Stuffed Mushroom Caps — oasted button mushrooms filled with a rich, garlicky cream cheese blend, brightened with herbs and a little Parmesan. They broil until the tops are golden and bubbling, turning into warm, savoury little bites that feel way fancier than the effort it takes to make them.
-
Plus: a bright infused finishing sauce you can use all season
Infusion-Optional:
Everything we make can be infused, non-infused, or micro-dosed — you’re in full control.
Ideal for:
Holiday parties · Potlucks · Snack boards · Impressing your in-laws
Holiday Edible Gift Workshop
Thursday, December 11 – 7:00pm
(approx 90 mins)
$60/person ONLY 4 spots available
Handmade, shelf-stable edible gifts that feel thoughtful — not rushed.
This workshop is all about slowing down and creating simple, impressive edible gifts that people actually want to receive. We’ll focus on two small-batch condiments that look gorgeous in a jar, taste incredible, and are easy to infuse or keep non-infused. Perfect for stockings, host gifts, or adding to a holiday charcuterie board.
On the menu:
-
Cranberry Sauce — bright, tangy, and beautiful in a jar
-
Stone-Ground Mustard — deeply flavoured, rustic, and wildly versatile
-
Plus: tips for packaging, shelf stability, and gifting infused items safely
Infusion-Optional:
Both recipes can be made infused, non-infused, or micro-dosed — you choose what works for you.
Ideal for:
Stocking stuffers · Host gifts · Charcuterie boards · Gift baskets · Friends who “have everything”

NYE Micro-Dosed Dip Workshop
Saturday, December 20 – 1:00pm
(approx 90 mins)
$60/person ONLY 4 spots available
Two flavour-punch dips, portioned into tiny ramekins for safe, smart celebrating.
In this workshop, we’ll create two bold, 5-ingredient dips designed for real-life New Year’s snacking — simple to make, impossible to stop eating, and perfect for micro-dosing drop-by-drop. You’ll learn how to portion both dips into individual ramekins or tasting cups so every guest stays in control, infused or not.

We’ll also talk about how these dips can instantly elevate any store-bought oven appie — dumplings, quiches, poppers, spring rolls, pizza bites, whatever’s lurking in your freezer. No judgement. Only deliciousness.

On the menu:
-
Herby Lemon Aioli
Bright, zesty, and spoon-worthy. Infused gently, one drop at a time, into individual ramekins. -
Smoky Sweet Chili Dip
A 5-ingredient flavour bomb that transforms any oven appetizer into a “wait… who made this?” moment.
Infusion-Optional:
Each dip can be infused, non-infused, or micro-dosed with total precision — you’ll learn how to offer safe options for every guest.

Ideal for:
NYE parties · Game nights · Snack boards · Potlucks · Anyone hosting a mixed-experience cannabis crowd
