Personal Pan Pizza

Picture this: you're craving a personal pan pizza, but not just any pizza - a homemade, cozy creation that's bursting with flavour. With just a handful of ingredients and a sprinkle of culinary magic, you can whip up your very own pizza crust masterpiece.

And here's the twist: before baking, drizzle some THC-infused olive oil over the top for an extra touch of euphoria. As it bakes to golden perfection in the oven, your kitchen transforms into a fragrant oasis of anticipation. Once out of the oven, add your favorite toppings - whether it's classic marinara and mozzarella or a quirky combo of pineapple and pepperoni. Ingredients:

250g self-raising flour

125ml water (adjust as needed)

Pinch of salt


Instructions:

Step 1:

Preheat your oven to 475F.

Step 2:

In a mixing bowl, combine the self-raising flour and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water while mixing until a dough forms. You may not need all of the water, so add it slowly until the dough comes together and isn't too sticky.

Step 3:

Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead it for about 5 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Step 4:

Divide the dough into two equal portions for two personal pan pizzas. You can adjust the size depending on your preference.

Step 5 - Combine and Serve:

Roll out each portion of dough into a circle, about 6-8 inches in diameter, depending on how thick you want your crust.

Step 6:

Lay your dough into a pre-heated, dry, oven proof frying pan.

Step 7:

Add your desired pizza toppings. Be creative! Tomato sauce, pesto sauce, cheese, vegetables, meats, and herbs are popular choices.

Step 8:

Place the topped pizzas in the oven and bake for 12 - 14 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are cooked to your liking.

Step 9:

Once baked, remove the pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before slicing. Enjoy your homemade personal pan pizzas!
