Vanilla Pudding

THC Infused Vanilla pudding


We used one tablespoon of THC infused butter in this recipe. The total amount of THC in that tablespoon is 26mgs delivering 6.5mgs per serving.


2 cups whole milk

1/2 cup granulated sugar

3 tablespoons cornstarch

Pinch of salt

2 large egg yolks

2 teaspoons vanilla extract


Step 1:

In a medium saucepan, combine the milk and 1/4 cup of sugar. Place over medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.

Step 2:

In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

Step 3:

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks until smooth. Gradually pour a small amount of the warm milk mixture into the egg yolks, whisking constantly to temper the eggs. This prevents them from curdling when added to the hot milk.

Step 4:

Gradually whisk the cornstarch mixture into the simmering milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and begins to bubble, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 5:

Once the mixture has thickened, gradually pour the tempered egg yolks into the saucepan, whisking constantly to incorporate them into the pudding.

Step 6:

Add THC-Infused Butter and Vanilla.

Step 7:

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the THC-infused unsalted butter and vanilla extract until the butter is melted and the vanilla is evenly distributed throughout the pudding.

Step 8:

Transfer the THC-infused vanilla pudding to individual serving dishes or a large bowl. Cover the surface of the pudding with plastic wrap to prevent skin from forming, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled and set.

Step 9:

Once chilled, serve the THC-infused vanilla pudding plain or with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruit, whipped cream, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
