Dosing:
Our single tablespoon of THC infused butter contains 26mgs of THC. We were able to prepare 20 strawberries from this recipe giving each strawberry approximately 1.3mgs of THC.
Ingredients:
100g Easter bunny solid milk chocolate
1 tablespoon THC-infused butter
Espresso powder
Fresh strawberries (as many as desired)
Instructions:
Step 1:
Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cold running water. Set them aside to air dry completely, or gently pat them dry if you're in a hurry.
Step 2:
Break the Easter bunny solid milk chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl. Set up a double boiler by placing the bowl over a pot of simmering water.
Step 3:
Stir the chocolate occasionally until it's completely melted and smooth. Add 1 tablespoon of THC-infused butter to the bowl. Stir gently until the butter is fully incorporated into the melted chocolate.
Step 4:
Sprinkle espresso powder into the melted chocolate and THC-infused butter mixture. Stir until the espresso powder is evenly distributed and the chocolate has a rich coffee flavor.
Step 5:
Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper. Place the bowl of melted chocolate mixture beside the prepared strawberries. Hold a strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate mixture, swirling to coat it evenly. Lift the strawberry out of the chocolate and allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl. Place the dipped strawberry onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining strawberries until all are coated.
Step 6:
Once all the strawberries are dipped, transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator. Allow the chocolate to set for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
Step 7:
Once the chocolate has set, the THC-Infused Chocolate Espresso Covered Strawberries are ready to serve.
