Celebration Dinner

A memorable evening for life's biggest milestones.

Some evenings deserve more than reservations.

They deserve a table built around the people you're celebrating.

We'll create the menu.

We'll prepare every course.

You simply enjoy the moment.

What it Feels Like

The Occasion

Some evenings only happen once.

The room feels a little quieter.

The candles stay lit a little longer.

Someone raises a glass.

Stories become speeches.

Laughter turns into memories.

We'll take care of dinner.

You stay at the table.

Inspired by Your  Celebration

Every Celebration Dinner begins with a conversation.

Not a menu.

We start with your story.

Your occasion.

And how you want the evening to feel.

Maybe that's...

Chef Adam's Signature Nicaraguan Street Food Experience.

Japanese omakase.

• A modern French tasting menu.

• Mediterranean coastal flavours.

• An elegant steakhouse.

Or simply...

"Could we build something that's completely ours?"

That's our favourite question.

We'll create three unique menu concepts.

Together, we'll choose the one that's right for your celebration.

Nicaraguan Street Food Reimagined

Nicaragua changed my life.

It also changed the way I cook.

I've been building this menu for more than ten years.

It was taught to me by tias and abuelas who welcomed me into their homes and shared their family recipes.

When I entered Ontario's So You Think You Can Cook with Cannabis? competition, this was the menu I chose.

It finished in the Top 3.

More importantly...

I'd love to cook it for you.

Let's Start the Celebration

Some evenings deserve more than a reservation.

Tell us who's gathering, what you're celebrating and the kind of evening you want to create.

We'll design the menu.

We'll prepare every course.

We'll take care of the details.

So you can simply celebrate the people around your table.
