Dosing:
There are many options here, we suggest using our THC Infused Tortilla recipe to really be able to control the dosing. Other options would include CBD Guacamole, THC Salsa or using emulsion drops to infuse sour cream making sure that the amount of THC used is done respectfully.
Each of our THC Infused Tortillas contain 5mgs of THC
Ingredients:
6 ounces of steak, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt to taste
Tortillas, for serving
Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce

Instructions:
Step 1 - Prepare the Steak:
Season the thinly sliced steak with cajun seasoning and a pinch of salt. Ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed over the steak slices.
Step 2 - Prepare the Vegetables:
Slice the green bell pepper and onion into thin strips.
Step 3 - Cooking:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the seasoned steak slices to the skillet. Cook for about 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your liking.
Step 4 - Add Vegetables:
Push the cooked steak to one side of the skillet and add the sliced green bell pepper and onion to the other side. Cook the vegetables for about 4-5 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly charred, stirring occasionally. You can mix them with the steak towards the end of cooking.
Step 5 - Combine and Serve:
Once the steak and vegetables are cooked, mix them together in the skillet. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Step 6:
Warm the tortillas either in the microwave or on a separate skillet.
Step 7:
Optionally, serve with toppings such as salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, tomatoes, or lettuce.
