Plated Salsa

We dosed this amazing salsa with decarbed flower. We used 2 grams of flower giving the entire bowl of salsa 40mgs of THC. (see our calculator for more details)

4 medium tomatoes, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeños pepper, seeded and finely diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

1-2 teaspoons decarboxylated cannabis, finely ground (adjust based on desired potency)

Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1 - Prepare the Tomatoes:

Wash the tomatoes and dice them into small pieces. Remove the seeds if desired for a less watery salsa.

Step 2 - Chop the Vegetables:

Finely chop the red onion, jalapeños pepper (remove the seeds for a milder salsa), and cilantro. You can adjust the amount of jalapeños depending on your desired level of heat.

Step 3 - Combine Ingredients:

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, diced jalapeños pepper, chopped cilantro, and finely ground decarboxylated cannabis.

Step 4 - Add Lime Juice:

Squeeze the juice of one lime over the salsa mixture. The lime juice adds acidity and brightness to the salsa.

Step 5 - Season to Taste:

Season the salsa with salt and pepper to taste. Remember to start with a small amount and adjust according to your preference.

Step 6 - Mix Well:

Gently mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Make sure the cannabis is evenly distributed throughout the salsa.

Step 7 - Chill:

For the best flavor, cover the salsa and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Step 8 - Serve:

Once chilled, give the salsa a final stir and transfer it to a serving bowl. Serve with tortilla chips, tacos, nachos, or your favorite Mexican dishes.

Enjoy Responsibly

Remember that cannabis-infused salsa may have psychoactive effects. Start with a small portion and wait at least an hour before consuming more to gauge its potency.
