Caesar Dressing

THC-Infused Infused Caesar Dressing


1/2 cup THC-infused mayonnaise (adjust potency according to preference)

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Step 1:

In a small mixing bowl, combine the THC-infused mayonnaise, freshly squeezed lemon juice, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, dijon mustard, and worcestershire sauce.

Step 2:

Whisk all the ingredients together until well combined and smooth.

Step 3:

Taste the dressing and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper according to your preference. Adjust the amount of lemon juice or parmesan cheese if needed to achieve the desired flavour balance.

If the dressing is too thick, you can thin it out with a little bit of water, lemon juice, or olive oil until you reach your desired consistency.

Step 5.

Once the dressing is ready, refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to meld together.

When you're ready to serve, drizzle the THC-infused Caesar salad dressing over crisp romaine lettuce leaves and toss until evenly coated.
